Below Deck Mediterranean ist eine von Mark Cronin, Rebecca Taylor Henning und Doug Henning entwickelte Realityserie, die erstmals am 1. Mai 2016 auf dem amerikanischen TV-Sender Bravo veröffentlicht wurde. Die Serie ist das erste Spin-Off zu Below Deck und handelt von Reisen im Mittelmeer.
Im Fokus der Serie steht die Besatzung einer Megayacht, die für mehrere Wochen im Mittelmeer unterwegs sind. Dabei sieht man die Besatzungsmitglieder nicht nur zusammen arbeiten und leben, sondern auch dabei, persönliche Probleme mit dem Alltag an Bord und der beruflichen Laufbahnperspektive in Einklang zu bringen.
